In terms of appearance, the AION S MAX can be seen as the successor to the AION S Plus, but it still has some changes in styling. The new car’s design theme is “Star Sea Dream”. The front headlights on both sides adopt the popular split design, along with the lower air intake, giving it a flatter and lower front face and a visually striking appearance. The vehicle still uses the coupe-style sloping rear design, and the floating roof and hidden door handles bring a better sense of unity. The continuous taillights at the rear of the new car have also changed, becoming simpler and slimmer. The “AION” logo is located in the center of the taillight group, giving a more technological feel.

Compared to the exterior, the interior of the new car has not changed much compared to the AION S Plus. It still features a yacht-style cockpit, and the T-shaped wooden decorative panel uses white oak grain craftsmanship, while other areas use soft materials, giving it a more premium feel. The vehicle is equipped with a 14.6-inch LCD screen that supports HMI interaction. Depending on the model, it also offers features such as 32-color ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, heated/ventilated front and rear seats, 4-way electric adjustment for the passenger seat, Premium HIFI sound system, and dual wireless charging pads, so there’s no need to worry about comfort.

In terms of power, the AION S MAX 70 model is equipped with a 150kW electric motor, with a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 7.5 seconds and a range of 510 kilometers under comprehensive working conditions. The MAX 80 model is equipped with a 180kW electric motor, with a 0-100km/h acceleration time of 6.7 seconds and a range of 610 kilometers under comprehensive working conditions. The new car also features a magazine battery, which can be fast charged in 30 minutes, allowing the battery to be charged from 30% to 80% with a good replenishment speed.
