But things are not that simple. There are rumors now that Google has postponed the stable version of Android 14 to October at the last minute.

There are reports that Android 14 is expected to be released on October 4th, which is also the date of Google’s next major hardware release. It is expected that Google will fully launch Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, and Pixel Watch 2 at that time. The simultaneous release of Google Pixel 8 series and Android 14 is unprecedented.
