【Phoneauto News】On September 4th, Phoneauto noticed that Wuling Motors released more power information about their new fuel-electric hybrid SUV, Xingyun. The vehicle is positioned as a five-seat compact SUV, with a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 5.5 liters per 100 kilometers. It is planned to be available for sale in September.

It is understood that the Wuling Xingyun is equipped with a 2.0-liter Atkinson engine, electromagnetic single-gear DHT, battery pack, and electric motor, forming a fuel-electric hybrid system. The engine has a maximum power of 100 kilowatts, and the electric motor has a maximum torque of 320 Newton meters. The maximum power is expected to be 130 kilowatts, with a WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption of 5.5 liters per 100 kilometers. The engine model and power parameters are consistent with the Xingchen HEV hybrid version. It is worth mentioning that the Wuling Xingyun will use a front MacPherson independent suspension and a rear torsion beam non-independent suspension system. According to official data, its 100 kilometers/hour to 0 braking distance is less than 39 meters.

The exterior of the Wuling Xingyun adopts a split-type front lamp group and a starry sky matrix front grille design, equipped with LED headlights and a through-shaped tail light group. It offers four body colors: Starry White, Starry Brown, Starry Purple, and Starry Green. In terms of body dimensions, the Xingyun has a length, width, and height of 4610mm × 1810mm × 1670mm, and a wheelbase of 2700mm. The overall appearance of the vehicle is unique and conforms to the current trend of youthful aesthetics.

In addition, according to the previously released official interior pictures, the Wuling Xingyun adopts a dual-color interior scheme, with a LCD instrument panel, a floating multimedia screen, and a new-style multifunctional steering wheel.
