A user named “Sabila89” claimed that they ordered 2 iPhone 15 Pro Max from Apple but received an iPhone 14 Pro Max instead. The IMEI number was blocked, and Apple said they would not offer a refund.
Consumer “RobWhistler” stated that they ordered a Titanium Alloy version of the iPhone 15 Pro Max but received a phone with a Lightning port. It was then that they realized the phone had been swapped and immediately reported the issue to Apple. However, after 2 investigations, Apple stated that they would not take further action, offer a refund, or replace the device.
User “Chris-J-88” encountered the same problem. They ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max but received a purple iPhone 14 Pro Max instead. Chris-J-88 reported the problem and sent an email to Tim Cook, providing the exact purchase date and details. About a week later, Chris-J-88 received a call from a gentleman at Apple’s European headquarters, who confirmed that they had reviewed the case and would replace the incorrect device. The next day, Chris-J-88 received the correct iPhone 15 Pro Max.
