Xiaomi's robust operating system will be updated on approximately 117 devices next year, but unfortunately, these models will not be eligible for the upgrade.
【Mobile China News】Xiaomi launched the new Surge OS system in October this year and announced the list of products expected to receive the Surge OS update. Starting from December 2023, approximately 117 devices will receive the update next year.
Xiaomi has not officially confirmed the Surge OS update schedule, but based on assumptions, Xiaomi may push the update in three batches. Flagship phones will receive more attention and be updated first, while budget-friendly and older devices will receive the update later.
Overseas, besides launching Xiaomi-branded phones, Xiaomi has also launched brands like Redmi and POCO. For Xiaomi, the eligible Xiaomi phones include Xiaomi 13T series, Xiaomi 13 series, Xiaomi 12T series, Xiaomi 12 Youth Edition 5G, Xiaomi 12S series, Xiaomi 12 series, Xiaomi 11T series, Xiaomi 11 series, Xiaomi 11X series, Xiaomi 10 series, Xiaomi MIX Fold series, Xiaomi Civi series, Xiaomi Pad 6 series, and Xiaomi Pad 5 series, etc.

Around 117 devices will receive Xiaomi Surge OS update next year
For eligible Redmi devices, they include Redmi K40 series, K50 series, K60 series, Note10 5G series, Note11 series, Note12 series, and Note13 series, etc.
For eligible POCO devices, they include POCO F5 series, F4 series, F3 series, X6 series, X5 series, X4 series, M6 series, M5 series, M4 series, as well as C55 and C65 models. For more detailed models, you can refer to the picture above.
Unsupported devices
However, these models may not be able to receive the Surge OS system update, including Redmi K30, K30 5G, K30 Speed Edition, K30i, Xiaomi 10T, Xiaomi 10T Pro, POCO F2 Pro, Redmi Note9 series, Redmi 10X series, Redmi 9, and previous models.
