Oneplus Earns Second Place on Foldable Audio Chart, Scoring 135 on DXO Audio Testing
【Mobile China News】On November 30th, Mobile China learned that DXOMARK officially announced the audio test score for the OnePlus Open. The OnePlus Open scored 135 points in the DXOMARK global foldable device audio ranking, ranking second.
DXOMARK officials pointed out that thanks to the additional speakers, the OnePlus Open is one of the few foldable phones that provide a stereo effect when unfolded, and it offers a better immersive experience compared to other phones of the same type. The sound while playing is warm and pleasant, with minimal distortion. When recording sound, the device has good tonal balance and spatial sense, and it also has excellent audio zooming capabilities. However, the OnePlus Open’s audio compression during playback and recording affects its dynamic performance, and the extension of high-frequency sounds is limited, so neither the built-in speakers nor the microphone provide a complete frequency range. In addition, during recording, the device may lack clarity in the mid-range area, and it performs poorly under high sound pressure levels.
It is understood that the OnePlus Open is identical to the domestic OPPO Find N3, except for adjustments in the storage version. The former has only one global version, 16GB+512GB, with different prices in different regions such as India, North America, Europe, and the UK, equivalent to approximately 12,300 to 14,200 yuan. In comparison, the latter has only two versions in the domestic market: 12GB+512GB and 16GB+1TB.

As for the configuration, the two phones are the same. The OnePlus Open has a 7.82-inch OLED main screen and a 6.3-inch secondary screen. Both screens can reach a peak brightness of 2800 nits. The main screen supports a 1~120Hz adaptive refresh rate, and the secondary screen can achieve a 10~120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The rear camera setup includes a 48-megapixel main camera, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens.
