Breaking Barriers Ideal Motors Leads as First Chinese Luxury Brand to Achieve 300,000 Annual Vehicle Sales

【PhoneAuto News】The 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show opened today with great fanfare, and Ideal Automobile announced stunning achievements at the press conference: its annual delivery volume has exceeded 300,000 vehicles, making it the first luxury brand in China to reach this milestone. In addition, Ideal Automobile ranks fourth in the sales of new energy brands in the Chinese market, making it the highest-ranking Chinese luxury brand on the list.

It is understood that Ideal Automobile sold 10,000 vehicles in the 46th week (November 6-12), and as of November 12, the monthly sales have reached 15,400 units. These figures indicate Ideal Automobile’s strong performance in the Chinese market and its wide recognition among consumers. At the Guangzhou Auto Show, Ideal Automobile’s new product, MEGA, is officially available for pre-order, with a price tag below 600,000 yuan. The official price will be announced at the December launch event, and the first batch is expected to be delivered in late February 2024.

Ideal MEGA is officially hailed by the company as redefining pure electric technology. This model will be the first to be equipped with the Kirin 5C battery developed by CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited). This battery is acclaimed as having the fastest charging speed of any electric vehicle, with a peak charging rate, peak charging current of 700A+, and peak charging power of 520kW+. Ideal Automobile claims that with the Kirin 5C battery, it only takes 12 minutes to charge and achieve a range of 500 kilometers. At the same time, this battery adheres to high safety assurance principles throughout the design, production, and usage processes, with a 30% charging safety margin, making it very safe and reliable.

This groundbreaking technology will greatly improve the convenience of using electric vehicles and address many consumers’ concerns about range anxiety.
