Is the Huawei Kirin 9000S unlocking running score exposure its true strength?
【PhoneAuto News】After the launch of Huawei Mate60 Pro, domestic benchmark platforms found that the Kirin 9000S series used in this phone did not have comprehensive benchmark scores. There was a lack of GPU benchmark scores, and benchmark software couldn’t adapt to it.
Recently, the unlocked benchmark score of Kirin 9000S was exposed online, which scored 950935 points. Among them, the CPU benchmark score was 279677 points, and the previously missing GPU benchmark score was 251152 points. The total score measured by AnTuTu previously was 699783 points. In comparison, the performance of Kirin 9000S is stronger than Snapdragon 888 and slightly better than Snapdragon 8+, but it has already met expectations.

It is worth noting that recently, the unlocked Geekbench 5 benchmark score of Kirin 9000S was also exposed online. In the CPU performance test, this processor achieved amazing results with over 2300+ single-core and 7000+ multi-core scores, leaving Snapdragon 8 Gen2, Dimensity 9200, and others far behind, and even surpassing A16’s single-core 1800+ and multi-core 5600+ scores.

However, the leaks about Huawei Mate60 series and Kirin 9000S are currently in a state of confusion, with a lot of true and false information, to the point where it’s hard to believe that the performance of Kirin 9000S could be so good. In terms of actual performance, the Mate60 series that has already been delivered to consumers has a good overall experience, so benchmark scores are not that important.
In addition, it is said that Huawei also has a Kirin 9100 processor, which will be used in the design of Mate60 Pro+/RS Master, but there is no exact news yet.
