According to data from AVC Cloud, as of June 8th, the cleaning appliance industry has achieved a growth rate of 6.3% on the basis of a high base last year. Among them, the main driving forces were sweeping robots and floor washing machines. During 618, the sales of sweeping robots reached 1.23 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.15%, and the sales volume reached 350,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 8.7%; the sales of floor washing machines increased by 19.6% year-on-year, reaching 860 million yuan, and the sales volume increased by 46.1% year-on-year, reaching as high as 335,000 units. Among them, Stone Technology’s performance was particularly outstanding, ranking first in the growth rate of sweeping robot category; in the floor washing machine market, Stone Technology’s sales share increased by 1.8%.
Against the backdrop of a booming 618 market, PhoneAuto has also noticed that the seemingly stable market pattern has quietly changed. Let’s first take a look at the sweeping robot market, where the market share of the top-ranked Ecovacs has decreased by 2.9% year-on-year to 34.2%, while Stone Technology, ranking second, has increased by 5.6% year-on-year to 31.8%. It seems that Stone Technology has the potential to surpass Ecovacs in market share; then let’s look at the floor washing machine market, where the market share of the leading Tineco has dropped significantly, decreasing by 11.3% year-on-year, and the decreased share has been divided among brands such as Midea, Zhui Mi, and Stone Technology.
