【Phoneauto News】Earlier, there were reports that Samsung is preparing to update its affordable A series, which includes two new models, namely Samsung A05 and A05s. Currently, both models have successfully passed various regional certifications, indicating that they will be globally released soon. On September 11th, Phoneauto learned from foreign media that Samsung A05 and A05s have passed the Malaysia SIRIM certification, bringing them one step closer to their launch.

Samsung A05 and A05s have entered the SIRIM certification database, with model numbers SM-A055F/DS and SM-A057F/DS respectively. However, this certification does not reveal any specifications of these two new devices.

However, according to foreign media reports, Samsung A05 will be equipped with the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, which is a decent 4G chip. It has 4GB of RAM to ensure smooth operation. The device’s screen performance is average, featuring a 720×1600p HD+ display, which is not very vibrant. The new device will run on the latest Android 13 system and will include some additional features of Samsung’s One UI custom software.
