New vivo Y36m revealed on China Telecom's website, hinting at a potential contract option with prices starting at 1499 yuan.

[Mobile China News] vivo launched the Y36 phone in India earlier this June, and in addition to that, vivo has recently released a new version of this phone in China, called the vivo Y36m. According to 91mobiles, they found this new phone on the China Telecom website and listed most of its specifications and prices.

The report states that the base model of the vivo Y36m is priced at 1499 Chinese Yuan, equipped with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage space. There is also a high-end version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage space, priced at 1799 Chinese Yuan. 91mobiles speculates that the vivo Y36m is expected to go on sale or be officially launched today. However, currently it is only available for sale domestically, considering that it is listed on the China Telecom website, it is likely to be sold as part of a contract.

From the appearance, the vivo Y36m looks very similar to the Y36, with a square camera module on the back. The volume keys and power button are located on the right side, and it seems that the power button also integrates fingerprint recognition. As for the colors, the new phone comes in green and black. The Vivo Y36m is equipped with a 6.56-inch display with a resolution of 1612×720 pixels. The processor of the new phone is not very clear, but according to the codename, it might be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 or Dimensity 6020 processor.
