The new device is equipped with the new generation Super Image Imaging System, and the main camera uses the jointly developed LYT-808 sensor by OnePlus and Sony, featuring a 1/1.4-inch large sensor, f/1.6 aperture, and 2.24μm pixel size after four-in-one pixel binning. In addition, OnePlus 12 is also equipped with a 64MP periscope telephoto lens and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle lens, leading in hardware among its peers. In terms of software, the new device inherits the computational photography capabilities of the OPPO Find series and comes with the new generation Super Image Imaging Engine, providing the same photography experience as OPPO’s flagship smartphones.
