According to a digital blogger, the new vertical foldable screen phone from Xiaomi will adopt a centered single-hole straight screen design, while the overall changes to the horizontal foldable screen phone are not significant. The main camera has been further upgraded, and both phones will adopt Qualcomm’s Snapdragon mobile platform. The blogger also mentioned that Xiaomi will continue to support domestic components, and the vertical foldable screen will use a domestic 1.5K screen. The engineering model is considering using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 mobile platform, while the horizontal foldable screen is considering using the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform.
