Currently, the package is priced at 1000 RMB per year and includes 750 minutes/year of domestic calls and 5 messages/year within China. For calls outside the package, the rate is 1.6 RMB/minute for domestic calls (both incoming and outgoing), and international calls and satellite phone calls are charged according to standard rates. Domestic messages are priced at 0.4 RMB/message (receiving is free), and there is no data internet access included.
