According to the statistics from the online ride-hailing platform regulatory information exchange system, as of September 30th, 2023, there were a total of 330 online ride-hailing platform companies that obtained the permit for operating online ride-hailing platforms, an increase of 3 compared to the previous month. A total of 6.188 million online ride-hailing driver certificates and 2.635 million vehicle transport certificates were issued nationwide, with a month-on-month increase of 2.1% and 2.5% respectively. In September, the online ride-hailing platform regulatory information exchange system received a total of 793 million order information, a decrease of 3.9% compared to the previous month.

Among the top 10 platforms in terms of order volume, the order compliance rates (referring to the proportion of orders where both the driver and vehicle have obtained permits) from high to low are Enjoy Car, Ruqi Car, Xiehua Car, Wanshun Taxi, Timely Car, T3 Car, Sunshine Car, Caocao Car, Didi Car, and Huaxiao Pig Car. The top 3 platforms with the highest growth in order compliance rate this month are Caocao Car, Wanshun Taxi, and T3 Car, while the bottom 3 platforms with the highest decrease in order compliance rate are Enjoy Car (-0.1%), Timely Car (-1.8%), and Sunshine Car (-3.9%).
