[PhoneAuto News] On the afternoon of November 28th, at the Zhijie S7 and Huawei All-Scene conference, Yu Chengdong introduced two new versions of the Wanjie M7 during the opening stage. The new car is the Wanjie M7 Max rear-wheel drive smart driving version, with the five-seat version priced at 289,800 yuan and the six-seat version priced at 309,800 yuan.

Yu Chengdong stated that the launch of the new car is mainly to meet the needs of a broader user base. Many users expressed the desire for a rear-wheel drive version of the M7 Max, as the previous version was only available in four-wheel drive. Yu Chengdong mentioned that the price of the new car has been reduced by 20,000 yuan compared to the four-wheel drive version, and due to the rear-wheel drive, the vehicle’s range will be longer than the four-wheel drive version.

In addition to the new car release, Yu Chengdong also revealed the sales figures of the new car. After its release, the cumulative orders for the new car have exceeded 100,000 units. Among all orders, the smart driving version accounts for 60%, and the smart driving package for urban areas has a selection rate of 75%. This reflects people’s high expectations for the smart driving features of the car. Yu Chengdong also stated that the delivery volume of the Wanjie M7 will reach 23,000 units next month and will exceed 30,000 units per month starting next year.

In terms of configuration, the Wanjie M7 offers two versions: a 5-seat and 6-seat version. It comes with standard ventilation, heating, and massage functions, and is equipped with the Huawei in-car intelligent screen system. The rear seats also support the installation of two sets of Huawei in-car intelligent screen systems, enabling multi-screen connection and interaction between the front and rear seats, enhancing driving pleasure.

In terms of power and range, the new car is equipped with a range-extending power system composed of a 1.5T four-cylinder turbocharged booster and a Huawei drive motor, and offers two-wheel and four-wheel drive options. Under CLTC conditions, the comprehensive range with full fuel and electricity can reach 1,300 kilometers, and the pure electric range is 240 kilometers.
