【Phoneauto News】Nowadays, with the advancement and upgrade of mobile imaging, more and more people have fallen in love with shooting the moon at night. Recently, Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co., Ltd. has been granted a patent for “a method, device, electronic device, and medium for shooting the moon,” with publication number CN114070998A.
It is reported that the application date of this patent is July 30, 2020, the publication date is February 18, 2022, and the authorization announcement date is September 22, 2023. The inventors are Wang Qian, Zhao Yu, and Sun Yang.

According to the abstract of this patent, the present disclosure relates to a method, device, electronic device, and medium for shooting the moon. The method includes: when the shooting scene includes a first image, adjusting the camera’s focal length according to a preset zoom rule, displaying the first image within the preset composition area of the shooting interface, and generating a preview image; wherein the first image is an image of the moon; generating a target image based on the preview image. With the method disclosed herein, the moon in the shooting scene can be automatically recognized and the moon image can be automatically adjusted to display within the preset composition area, thereby improving the shooting effect of the moon.
In addition, according to phoneauto’s understanding, Xiaomi has already been granted multiple patents related to shooting the moon.
