In response to defective products, the center suggests that if the products are produced within the province, relevant companies should immediately carry out investigations and analysis. Once the defect is confirmed, companies should take the initiative to implement a recall. If the products are produced by companies from other provinces, with the approval of the provincial bureau, the center will transfer related information and leads to the provincial market supervision department where the company is located for further handling.

Furthermore, the center specifically points out that using defective robotic vacuum cleaners may pose dangers such as electric shocks, falls, and fires under specific circumstances. Falling from high surfaces can cause injuries to consumers, leading to mechanical harm. If there are defects in the insulation material components of the robotic vacuum cleaners, they might cause fires and burn consumers.

Therefore, when purchasing robotic vacuum cleaners, it is important to carefully check for the CCC mark, whether the packaging label indicates the product name, manufacturer name, factory address, and the code of the implemented standard.
