BYD expands in Japan with Tokyo's first showroom opening on August 26th
【Phoneauto News】According to phoneauto, BYD is accelerating its deployment in the Japanese market, and its Japanese subsidiary will open its first showroom in Tokyo.
BYD Japan recently announced that its first showroom in Tokyo, “BYD AUTO Ikebukuro,” will officially open on August 26. The showroom is located in the prime area of Toshima Ward, Tokyo, only 2 kilometers away from Ikebukuro Station. It takes only 5 minutes to walk from Chikawa Station on the subway, making it very convenient.

It is reported that the opening exhibition of the Ikebukuro showroom will be held from August 26 to September 10, and consumers can visit the store and experience test drives. Since the opening of BYD’s first store, “BYD Tohme Yokohama Store,” in Yokohama in February 2023, BYD has opened 10 showrooms in Japan and plans to open over 100 showrooms in Japan by the end of 2025.
BYD ATTO 3, the first new energy passenger vehicle for the global market, will be displayed in the showroom. In addition, the highly anticipated BYD DOLPHIN and BYD SEAL are also expected to be launched in Japan in the near future.
