Reading Motors forced to pay 8619 million again, total exceeds 200 million

【Phoneauto News】Recently, Phoneauto noticed that according to the information provided by the Tianyancha App, Reding Automotive Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Shandong Bideven Power Technology Co., Ltd. have added a new executed person’s information. The execution target amount for this new executed person’s information is over 86.19 million yuan, and the executing court is the Intermediate People’s Court of Weifang City. This news has attracted widespread attention from the industry and consumers, bringing certain uncertainties to the future development of Reding Automotive.

Similarly, according to the information provided by the Tianyancha App, Reding Automotive Group Co., Ltd. was established in October 2012 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. The legal representative is Wang Dejin, and it is wholly owned by Bideven Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Tianyancha App’s risk information shows that Reding Automotive Group Co., Ltd. has 30 executed person’s information with a total execution amount exceeding 210 million yuan. This data intuitively reflects the financial pressure faced by the company and has a significant impact on its daily production and operation activities. In addition, Tianyancha’s information also shows that the company has restrictions on consumption orders, dishonest executed persons (“laolai”), and final case information. These not only put tremendous financial pressure on Reding Automotive Group Co., Ltd., but also cause serious damage to its brand image and market reputation.

Although the newly added executed person’s information undoubtedly will have a negative impact on the future development of Reding Automotive Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Bideven Power Technology Co., Ltd., the company still needs to actively respond, minimize losses as much as possible, and seek breakthroughs under the pressures of financial chain and brand reputation in order to achieve sustainable development.
