Based on existing leaks, the Xiaomi 14 series will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3. It is understood that the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 will be built using TSMC’s 4nm process, with an eight-core design, including one 3.19GHz X4 ultra-large core, five 2.96GHz A720 large cores, and two 2.27GHz A520 medium cores, with an Adreno 750 GPU.
