The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 benchmark scores are released, showing powerful performance slightly surpassing the Snapdragon 8 Gen3.

On October 20th, Mobile China learned that MediaTek’s new processor, Tianji 9300, has achieved a single-core score of 2139 and a multi-core score of 7110, demonstrating impressive performance. The model that uses this processor for benchmarking is a model from OPPO, although the specific model is still unclear, it should be in the flagship series.

For reference, benchmark scores for the Samsung S24 Ultra have already been released, and this phone uses the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform, achieving a single-core score of 2234 and a multi-core score of 6807, providing a 10% improvement over Snapdragon 8 Gen2. Currently, the Tianji 9300 has a slightly higher multi-core score than Snapdragon 8 Gen3, but a slightly lower single-core score.

According to digital bloggers’ leaks, the preliminary technical specifications of the Tianji 9300 include 4 X4 super-large core units (including 1 X4 and 3 X4m), along with 4 A720 large core units, adopting a new “4+4” octa-core CPU architecture design, equipped with Arm Gen5 GPU Immortalis G720, with a minimum main frequency of 3.0GHz for X4 and 2.0GHz for A720.
