According to PhoneAuto’s understanding, BYD officially announced recently that its new energy vehicles have been popular in multiple countries overseas in October, achieving the top sales in new energy vehicles in Brazil for four consecutive months, with a pure electric vehicle market share of up to 71.7% in October. In addition, in Singapore and Thailand, BYD has achieved the cumulative sales champion of pure electric vehicles from January to October, with a market share of 50.1% in Thailand. In Colombia, BYD also won the cumulative sales champion of new energy vehicles from January to October.

According to previous reports, BYD is not only leading in the domestic market, but also showing strong growth momentum in overseas markets. According to the analysis data of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers in August 2023, BYD’s export volume of new energy passenger cars increased by 37.7% compared to the previous month, continuing to sell well and becoming the number one in national new energy vehicle exports.
