Countless Huawei service personnel and after-sales engineers have always been making their utmost efforts to provide guarantees for hundreds of millions of Huawei smartphone users.

Among them, Huawei’s “Spring Festival does not close” service store is worth mentioning separately because I have personally experienced a similar incident. In fact, by deeply understanding consumer needs, Huawei occasionally launches various promotional activities, saving users a lot of money.

For example, Huawei’s one-price battery replacement activity, pioneered in the industry, reduces the cost of battery replacement for consumers through Huawei’s active concessions. Currently, tens of millions of Huawei users have enjoyed benefits from this; in the special screen replacement activity launched by Huawei, Huawei repairs and tests the removed screens for secondary use, allowing consumers to have a more cost-effective and environmentally friendly choice when replacing screens, with no significant difference in actual usage experience compared to new screens; insufficient memory is a problem for many consumers. Based on understanding consumer pain points, Huawei’s service has also launched a memory upgrade activity.

Now, after the release of the Mate60 series, Huawei phones have once again become the focus of attention for countless people.
