In Sunday’s “Power On” newsletter from Bloomberg, Mark Gurman emphasized that the screen of the iPhone 16 Pro series models will be slightly larger. The “largest ever” iPhone screen will also help create more space inside the iPhone for other components, such as the rumored periscope camera.

According to Gurman, the iPhone 16 Pro series models will increase “a fraction of an inch” in diagonal size from 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches, rather than a “dramatic increase.”

Before Gurman made the above comments, leaker “Uredditor” tweeted on May 16 that the Pro and Pro Max would be 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively. On the same day, Ming-Chi Kuo added that these two models would be slightly larger. On May 9, Ross Young of DSCC tweeted that the screens would be 6.2 inches and 6.8 inches, respectively.

Currently, it seems that the screen size of the iPhone 16 Pro series models will increase, which has become a common consensus, but the exact size still seems to be up for debate.

The changes to the iPhone 16 series can be considered significant.
