As the core of promoting the brand’s transition to electric travel, the ID. family showcased its strength in active safety, passive safety, and battery safety through this event. In addition, a series of interactive activities were set up on site, allowing every audience to experience Volkswagen’s dedication and exploration in the field of safety in an entertaining atmosphere. Through this event, Volkswagen demonstrated its commitment to the “safety first” philosophy in the process of accelerating the transition to electric travel, aiming to bring its renowned safety and reliability genes into a new era of travel.
According to PhoneAuto, the ID. family is equipped with IQ. Drive Smart Driving Assistant, including Travel Assist full-speed domain driving assistance system, Front Assist front safety system, and other intelligent driving assistance systems that can actively avoid risks, ensuring worry-free travel. In addition, the ID. models adopt high-rigidity body materials and designs with energy-absorbing properties, which can ensure the safety of occupants and road users to the greatest extent. In the process of transforming to digitalization, Volkswagen also regards network security as an important part of user vehicle safety. According to Volkswagen, the “ID. GO Safety Lab” Beijing station will be open to the public at the Tongying Center on December 16th and 17th. In addition, the event will also be held at Wanda Plaza in Shanghai from December 22nd to 24th, and at Tiande Plaza in Guangzhou from December 29th to 31st.
