【PhoneAuto News】On June 5th, Tmall, in collaboration with “Tianxia Net Business,” released the first wave (May 31st-June 3rd) of the 2023 Tmall 618 store/brand sales ranking and popularity ranking, covering multiple categories. In terms of consumer electronics, OPPO and Honor performed very well this year, surpassing Huawei in the 618 mobile phone brand sales rankings and ranking third and fourth respectively.

According to the Tmall 618 mobile phone brand sales ranking, during the 618 carnival period, Apple ranked first in brand GMV (total merchandise transaction volume). With its high unit price and popularity, it is not surprising that Apple won first place. Xiaomi ranked second, with extremely cost-effective prices and a comprehensive range of products. Xiaomi achieved very impressive results in this year’s 618, and took first place in cumulative sales/revenue for Android phone brands on Tmall. Third place went to OPPO/OnePlus, as OPPO phones have always been popular, and with the help of the strong competition strategy of OnePlus after adjusting its brand, it is not surprising that they won third place.

Honor ranked fourth, surpassing Huawei in solo ranking, which is a very good performance. With this achievement, we can also see that Honor is gradually recovering from its low point. On the sales ranking list of small home appliance brands, the top five are Midea, Ecovacs, Tineco, Stone, and Dyson. Xiaomi ranks seventh and is the only smartphone manufacturer on the list.

On the sales ranking list of mobile digital accessory stores, the top five are Apple Store, Baseus, Shamo, Green Alliance, and Romoss.

Tmall 618 Consumer Electronics Brand Sales Ranking

The first wave of Tmall 618 started pre-sale on May 26th at 8:00 pm, and officially began on May 31st at 8:00 pm, ending on June 3rd at midnight. This year, Taobao has invested far more in promoting content and will “make great efforts to expand the user base with historic levels of investment” for merchants. The first wave of 618 has ended, but new dividends are still being released.
