According to reports, Lamborghini will showcase a brand new electric concept car at the Monterey Car Show on August 18th. This concept car will be the second fully electric concept car after the Terzo Millenio and another four-seater concept car from Lamborghini, which will be part of its future electrification strategy. Lamborghini stated that the new car will be its first “100% electric concept car” and the “first prototype of the fourth series production car.” The exterior design and power parameters of this new electric concept car are currently unknown. Other upcoming Lamborghini models, such as the Urus, are not expected to be fully electric immediately, but they will adopt some form of hybrid power technology in the near future. It is expected that by 2024, the successors of the Urus and Huracan will be equipped with plug-in hybrid systems.
