【Phoneauto News】In April of this year, Volkswagen released its first pure electric coupe Volkswagen ID.7, named as FAW-Volkswagen ID.7 VIZZION in the Chinese market. According to the latest news, this car is expected to be officially launched in September. It is reported that this car is positioned as a mid-size pure electric sedan, with a maximum range of 642km under CLTC. In terms of price, it is expected to be around 250,000 RMB domestically.

In terms of appearance, Volkswagen ID.7 VIZZION adopts a coupe-style design, equipped with a closed front grille, and continues the signature light design of the ID series, with an overall simple appearance. In terms of dimensions, the length, width, and height of the car are 4956/1862/1537mm, with a wheelbase of 2965mm.

In terms of interior, the ID.7 VIZZION’s instrument panel has been adjusted to a smaller “fish” screen, and the size of the central control screen has been increased to 15 inches. It is also equipped with AR HUD head-up display system, as well as front and rear seat heating, front seat ventilation, 30-color ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof (with adjustable color shading), rear air conditioning vents, and other configurations.

ID.7 VIZZION will offer two powertrain versions: single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 150kW and is equipped with an 84.8kWh ternary lithium battery pack. The maximum range under CLTC conditions can reach 642km. The dual-motor version adds an additional front motor of 80kW based on the single-motor version.
